Pues lo que dice el titulo, si tienes un lago/piscina/rio/presa cerca de tu casa y tienes miedo que se desborde en una inundacion, ya puedes quejarte a tu ayuntamiento local para que solventen el problema y la eviten antes de que ocurra. Que le pongan un tapon de vaciado, por si acaso, poder vaciar el luquesea. Y si, sus imaginareis segun leeis este post, lo grande que tiene que ser un tapon de esos para vaciar un lago, no? Pues si son grandecitos, tan grandecitos que incluso se pueden ver en Google Earth (coordenadas incluidas en LEER MAS >>>).
Que esto de cachondeo? Pues claro… yo estoy siempre de cachondeo, pero esto es cierto, y si no mirad en LEER MAS >>> la nueva tecnica anti inundaciones que se ha creado. Si es que volvemos a usar las soluciones mas logicas…. la navaja de Ocam, cuando entre varias soluciones, la mas simple, suele ser la mas efectiva.

The largest drain hole in the world
Located in northern California, the Monticello Dams is the largest morning glory spillway all over the world. This funnel-shaped outlet, allows water to bypass the dam when it reaches capacity, as it swallows a rate of 48,400 cubic feet per second (1370 m³/s).
The distance from the funnel to the exit point – which is situated in the south side of the canyon – is about 700 feet.

According to Davis Wiki, «for obvious reasons, swimming near the glory hole is both prohibited and stupid. There are buoys strung across the lake to discourage boaters and swimmers from approaching the glory hole and the dam. Furthermore, the glory hole is well fenced off from the land.».
«During the drier months, when Lake Berryessa's water level is well below the rim of the glory hole, skateboarders and bikers sometimes use the spillway's horizontal exit as a half-pipe.
